ReplyDeleteJust realized where that was taken.. at the viewpoint on Cabbage Hill east and a bit south of Pendelton on I-84 on the portion of the road that is heading west.. The viewpoint is not at the top of the hill, but rather about 1/3 to half of the way down the hill. Maybe not the prettiest of vistas really, but VAST.. not much in the way of your view to the horizon in any of the three directions that you can see from that vantage.
