We had to drive 6 hours to Anchorage to see him. I remember him walking around the stage, talking to the audience. He put on a great show.Suddenly Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12483813654827621158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3657625150805629106.post-70100237475919690692017-07-26T12:50:40.039-07:002017-07-26T12:50:40.039-07:00Oh, I think I'd feel that way about James Tayl...Oh, I think I'd feel that way about James Taylor as well. James Taylor blew me away: I walked away from that show saying "I just know had we grown up in the same neighborhood, we would've been great friends." He was just so down to earth and really connected with the audience.
Dolly Parton was also very interactive with her audience and fun. She pulled everyone into her stories and I'm sure everyone there walked away with a better impression of Dolly than what they came with, no matter how much they already loved her.

Thanks for sharing your John Mayer experience Susan.

Michele at Angels BarkMichele at Angels Bark https://www.blogger.com/profile/15891713963440451090noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3657625150805629106.post-42510808296881492017-07-24T04:08:23.243-07:002017-07-24T04:08:23.243-07:00Well, I asked myself of all the many artists I hav...Well, I asked myself of all the many artists I have seen, 'who do I think connected best with the audience?' and I would have to say Kenny Rogers. Not sure he knocked my socks off though, lol.Denisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15045554938847356871noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3657625150805629106.post-23657622911057088692017-07-23T20:52:47.660-07:002017-07-23T20:52:47.660-07:00Oh that sounds like not only a fun night but a mem...Oh that sounds like not only a fun night but a memorable experience.
