Since she wrote a second book, apparently she didn't die....that whole scenerio is almost too painful to read for me. You just want to reach through the pages and shake the person starving themselves. I can't imagine anything worse than having a love one in that position, dying simply because they deny themselves food. I guess it's no different though than having a love one dying becuase of too much food. I've struggled with problems of eating and weight my whole life. <br />It blows my mind that having conquered my addiction to alcohol, drugs and cigarettes, I still have this other problem that to date has lacked a solution. It's not a matter of education; I've been through all the nutritional training and knowledge that there is.
